PrediBeacon aggregates and explains public prediction-market information. Nothing on the service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation or guarantee.

No custody or execution

PrediBeacon does not accept or safeguard user money, create venue accounts, place orders or settle contracts.

Eligibility

Access to information does not establish eligibility to use any third-party venue. Users are responsible for age, identity, location and applicable-law requirements.

Accuracy and availability

Data can be delayed, incomplete or corrected. The service may change, suspend or remove content to address errors, safety concerns or source updates.

Third-party services

Third-party names and links identify sources or venues and do not imply ownership, endorsement or partnership. Their separate terms apply.

Acceptable use

Users must not attack the service, bypass access controls, scrape in a harmful manner, misrepresent content, manipulate markets or use PrediBeacon to violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

PrediBeacon branding, original explanations and software remain protected. Source facts and third-party marks remain subject to their respective rights.

Changes before commercial launch

Final entity information, contact details, governing law, dispute terms and commercial disclosures will be added only after the business structure and domain are established.
