Prices are not certainties

A price or displayed probability reflects market conditions at an observation time. It may be wrong, illiquid, manipulated, delayed or affected by changing information.

Contract risk

Contracts with similar names can have different rules, deadlines and resolution sources. Users must read the complete rules on the relevant venue.

Venue and jurisdiction risk

Third-party venues may restrict countries, ages, accounts, deposits, withdrawals or markets. Availability on PrediBeacon does not establish that a person is eligible to participate.

Operational risk

APIs, feeds, networks and third-party services can fail or return incomplete data. PrediBeacon displays freshness and provider warnings but cannot eliminate every interruption.

Conflicts and compensation

PrediBeacon currently has no enabled commercial outbound route. If a future partner pays for referrals, sponsorship or distribution, the relationship and affected content will be disclosed.

Responsible use

Do not commit money needed for essential expenses, chase losses or treat market activity as guaranteed income. Minors must not participate.
